The goal is a fairer structure, with lower costs for some venues and higher costs for businesses doing larger online order volume.
This pricing update supports the work required to keep improving security, performance, and product quality as the platform grows.
It also helps us invest in the team needed to keep delivering new features and ongoing support.
The new pricing has already applied to new customers since mid-2022.
Existing customers will be contacted directly to talk through what the change means for their account.
