Data and Privacy
You can collect customer data, in a privacy minded world we recommend you collect as little possible. Customers aren’t always comfortable with data collection and a long sign up form is likely to turn potential customers away.
Keep it simple, collect only what you need.
Note: The New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 requires you to disclose what information you collect, allow customers to update and receive a copy of any personal data.
We also recommend you security check customers before updating customer details.

Finding a customer
The fast way to find a customer is to use the search box. Search will find a customer based on first or last name, email or loyalty card number.
Resetting Passwords
Once you find a customer you can click the Reset Password button, and they will be sent an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
Exporting
You can export all of your customers or a segment (if enabled) as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in Excel and Numbers.
