Quick Start

Get your voucher storefront up and running with these steps.

Before you get started

To start using the Voucher system, please email support@appropo.io. Once you have provided the necessary details, you will receive an email with instructions to setup your account at https://vouchers.appropo.io.

1. Brand

Set up your brand with a logo, voucher image, and colours.

2. Configure Your Voucher

  1. Enter a Name for your voucher
  2. Set Predefined Amounts (e.g. 20, 30, 50) or add “CUSTOM” to let customers enter their own amount
  3. (Optional) Set a Bonus % to give customers extra value
  4. Add Checkout Copy to describe the voucher to customers
  5. Set an expiry period (minimum 36 months by law)

3. Payments

Connect your Stripe account to accept payments.

  1. Enter your Stripe Publishable Key and Secret Key
  2. (Optional) Set a Surcharge % for card payments
  3. Save

4. Contact

Let customers know how to get in touch.

  • Support Email — Displayed to customers for enquiries
  • Back Button URL — Where customers go if they navigate back
  • After Purchase URL — Where customers are redirected after buying a voucher

5. Go Live

Toggle the Live switch to make your voucher storefront visible to customers.
