To be able to take payments online you need to setup a payment processor. They process Credit cards, Debit cards and Eftpos card and can save the details for later.
We only use providers with excellent PCI compliance, and they will securely process and store credit card details and reduce your PCI compliance needs.
New Zealand
All costs and fees are paid to the payment gateway and your bank (merchant bank account).
Credit / Debit
A payment gateway will usually charge a setup fee (~ $150) and then a monthly fee for 100 transactions (for example) ($39 - $50) and then a small overage fee per additional transaction.
And then the bank fees are typically around 2% per transaction (Visa and Mastercard).
