Manage and track all incoming orders from your online storefronts.

  • Dashboard — View and manage live and upcoming orders
  • Future Orders — Orders placed in advance for a later date or time
  • Reporting — Sales reports, customer segments, and data exports

Order Flow

  1. A customer places an order via your website, app, or third-party marketplace
  2. The order appears on the dashboard with an alert sound
  3. You prepare the order and mark it as “Done”
  4. Completed orders remain visible for 30 minutes before being archived

Order Notifications

Admins are notified of new orders via the dashboard alert. Customers receive an order confirmation email with their order details and estimated ready time.
